12.15.03: Back from Hawaii
Hello! We're back from Hawaii! (well sort of) Jeremy, Jeff, and I arrived at LAX around 5:30am or so. Max is visiting his family in Maui til the end of the week, so we're just kinda hanging out and whatnot. It was a great time and an AWESOME show at the Pipeline Cafe. It was nice to see the guys in Strung Out again. Props to Suicide Machines and Stereotyperider for being cool dudes and great company. We were stuck in Waikiki most of the time, but we made it to North Shore yesterday and it was BEAUTIFUL! Hawaii rules and all the people at the show ruled. Thanks to KPOI for the radio interview and for playing Darkness on the air.
We're gonna keep busy til the end of the year writing some stuff and practicing so we will keep you posted on new shit. The radio is starting to buzz locally for us! KJEE in Santa Barbara has been playing Into the Darkness on rotation! Jeremy and I heard it for the first time this morning and it sounds awesome! Once we get a radio list, we will post numbers for you to call and request our song. We will see an edit for the Darkness video hopefully late this week, so i'll keep ya posted on that. Im going to Salzers for some CD's, Have a good day!

12.10.03: News from Roger
Hey everybody! I'm getting over the flu so please excuse me if i start rambling about nonsense and spew unimportant information about caca. So anyways, the Vagrant Tour was fun despite the 25 minute sets, the flu's, the chilly winter, and lack of sleep. We had a great time getting to know FATA and Reggie, and it was nice to see the guys in the trio again. Thanks to everyone who came to the shows around the country and Canada. Much thanks to our friends who made it out around the country and Canada, it was great to see you all. I apologize to anyone who was going to the vagrant shows that we had to cancel. We had a deadline to meet for the Darkness Video, so we couldn't screw that up. I hope you understand, and we WILL be back soon.
We leave tomorrow for HAWAII!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im going to do my best to stay healthy and not get sick again. I guess that means no alcohol huh? I will replace it with lots of SEAFOOD. and BBQ. and DESSERTS. and BEVERAGES! I will also keep an eye on our professional sufferers i mean surfers Max and Shermy. I hope the water is kind to them. I think Jeff and I will, uh, eat. We of course are looking forward to playing on Saturday with our buddies in Strung Out. We're also lookin forward to checking out Suicide Machines and Stereotyperider. Sounds like FUN!
The Video shoot for Darkness went very very well from what i remember. Im sorry, to tell you the truth i was dying by the end of the first day, but from what the rest of the band says, it's gonna be the shiiiiiiiiiiizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzznnnnnnnniiiiiiieeeetttttt! or the BOMB! or its gonna be SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCKKKKK BRO!
Ok after Hawaii we are gonna go home and try and make money to buy loved ones Christmas presents and make more music and stay productive til the new yearz. Im sure i'll be writing you soon. have a good weekend not in Hawaii.

12.08.03: Website Redux
The website has been redone. Whooya. I know that there kinks that will need to be worked out. For one thing, I was hoping to have the Mailing list form up this morning. But it looks like it will have to wait until this evening.
The cupboard may seem a bit bare on the media section, that's because the galleries aren't quite finished yet. Gabe and I are working on getting that out later today as well.
Oh, here's a good one - because of Friendster, the email account I had been using for collecting web "master"-type emails has been overrun by spam. So, any website type questions, send them to nomotiv@yahoo.com for now, until I can get a better email address set up.

12.06.03: "Into the Darkness" Video Shoot
I hear the guys woke up at 5am this morning (why bother going to sleep, eh?) to start shooting the video for "Into the Darkness." Matthew Barry and Maureen Egan (names sound familiar?) take the helm today and tomorrow. It is my understanding that it is Maureen who came up with the concept for the video. I don't have the exact details/plot, etc, but I do know that it involves several acres of sod (spray-painted black) and extras trampling the crap out of each other. Location of the video is Marina Del Rey, someplace in Southern California... that's it for now, because I need to finish this website.
